At SOLARI, we prioritize prompt and reliable delivery to ensure you receive your orders in a timely manner.

Domestic Delivery (Italy): Orders within Italy will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days via SDA or GLS courier. For Italian Islands, such as Sardinia and Sicily, please allow an additional 2 days for delivery.

European Delivery: European orders will reach you within 5 business days through UPS courier services. In the worst-case scenario, you can expect to receive your package within a total of 7 business days.

International Delivery: For orders to other countries, anticipate delivery within 5-7 business days.

Communication in Case of Exceptions: In the rare event of exceptions or delays, we will proactively reach out to you. Our dedicated customer service team will work with you to find the best solution and ensure your package reaches you seamlessly. We take pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction, especially during unforeseen disruptions.

Lost Packages: While we are not responsible for lost packages, we are committed to assisting you. We provide tracking numbers for all orders and will support you throughout the process.

Important Note on International Deliveries: Please be aware that international delivery costs do not cover any taxes or duties imposed by customs at the destination country. The responsibility for any incurred taxes or duties lies with the delivery recipient. We have no control over customs tariffs and taxes.
