Returns & Exchanges

At SOLARI, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason the fit isn’t right, you may request an exchange or return within 14 days of delivery.

Before placing your order, we strongly recommend contacting us if you are unsure about sizing. Our team will be happy to guide you and help avoid unnecessary returns.


Exchanges (Recommended Option)

We always recommend choosing an exchange instead of a return. It is faster, more sustainable, and free within Europe.

If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us at info@solarimilano.com We will provide a prepaid return label (where applicable).

Kindly include your name and order number in the subject line.


Returns – Europe

Sustainability is at the core of everything we do,  from product design to logistics. Every shipment and return has a measurable impact on the environment.

Ordering multiple items with the intention of returning most of them (for example, purchasing four pairs and keeping only one) leads to a significant use of packaging, transportation resources, and energy, increasing unnecessary emissions and waste.

For this reason, we encourage a more mindful approach to shopping. We are here to support you in choosing the right size from the start and we prioritize exchanges over practices such as “showrooming.”

Returns are still available, but they are subject to certain conditions and costs.

Returns – Outside Europe

Returns from outside Europe are not covered by us.
All shipping costs, duties, and any related fees are the responsibility of the customer.
